What would be the effects of decoupling the prescription and sale of veterinary medicines by veterinarians?
This report contains the results of the study carried out by Berenschot for the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality (LNV) into the consequences of decoupling the prescription and sale of veterinarian medicines by veterinarians. We realised before we started that it is an issue that affects the very real interests of many parties. Accordingly, we decided to seek input from every stakeholder with a genuine interest in the subject and gave organisations that provided statistics the opportunity to evaluate our draft analyses, as well as allowing a number of key actors to give their reactions to our draft findings.
