Copa-Cogeca has recently released a "Position paper on the responsible use of antimicrobials in food producing animals".

The document is focused on the use of antimicrobials in food-producing animals, the use of critically important antibiotics, the role of monitoring and surveillance programmes, as well as, on the principles of farm health planning.
